The Italian Sommelier Foundation, under the brand name of BIBENDA Editore, contains the best of Made in Italy concerning the world of wine, oil and restaurants. The wines are presented with
the relative evaluation and in combination with food and gastronomic recipes, for a total of 27,000 labels. The Cervinago farm receives the score of “4 grapes” for each of its wines (Cervinago Rosso, Cervinago Bianco and Lamantino), thus entering in the guide’s category “Wines and Grappas of great level and outstanding value”.
